How do you keep track of your TBR pile?

I predominantly use Goodreads.  Since I’ve started reviewing for NetGalley, Edelweiss, TLC Book Tours, Gumshoe Review, and some others, I’ve also begun to use an Excel spreadsheet.  Yikes!  92 review commitments to date.

Is your TBR mostly print or ebook?

My TBR is about 95% ebook (that is what I prefer when I’m reviewing).  I do have a few print copies that have been waiting for my attention too.

A book that has been on your TBR pile the longest?

A title that I got from NetGalley, “The Alphabet House” by Jussi Adler-Olsen.   I’m not sure why I’ve been putting it off unless it is because it is rather lengthy.  Also, the titles with publishing deadlines and book tours seem to take precedence – which shunts this title to the end of the line.   I MUST read this soon!  I love the author’s Dept Q series, so wanted to give this standalone a try.

A book you recently added to your TBR pile

“Redemption Road” by John Hart.  I’ve read this author before and really enjoyed his work.

If it is on my TBR pile then I DO plan to read it someday…  The mere fact that I have over a thousand titles on my Goodreads TBR just means that I’ll live a long time…. Right?

An unpublished book on your TBR that you are excited about

“Britt-Marie was here” by Fredrik Backman.  I have loved his first two books and I’m sure his third will be just as special.  His first book, “A Man called Ove” is one of my all-time favorite reads!

A heartwarming and hilarious story of a reluctant outsider who transforms a tiny village and a woman who finds love and second chances in the unlikeliest of places.

A book on your TBR that basically everyone’s read but you

“The Girl on the Train” by Paula Hawkins.  I’m sure I’d love it, but right now I have too many review commitments to read a title that I have not promised to review…

“The Stopped Heart” by Julie Myerson  (no pun intended! LOL)
