Most readers will acknowledge that some words reappear time and time again in titles. Often these words are associated with a particular genre. Case in point: “The girl on the train” and “Gone girl” spawned countless thriller titles with the word ‘girl’ in the title.
One thing that bookworms never seem to have enough of is “Time to Read”, so for that reason I chose the word ‘time‘ as this week’s Wednesday’s Word.
I know there are thousands of books with the word ‘time’ in the title, but I’m featuring a small selection of titles that appeal to me personally, as a way of sharing my book love. Three of these titles I’ve read, most of the rest are on my TBR.
Just click on the cover to read the book’s synopsis from Goodreads.
You might just find your next favorite book!

Are you tempted by any of these covers?
Have you read one of these titles and absolutely LOVED it?
If you’ve added even one of these titles to YOUR TBR, please let me know.
The Time Traveler’s Wife is one of my favorites and I really, really enjoyed The Last Time I Lied by Riley Sager. I own five of the others as well!
I bet you had plenty of choice this week!

The Trick to Time is wonderful. One of my books of the year last year! Also loved The Time Traveler’s Wife.

Thanks Joanne. I guess a TBR queue shuffle is in order. 😄

The only one I have read is The ZTime Travellers wife and that was before I started reviewing books. I have a few of these on my TBR, but who knows when I will get to them.

I listened to the audiobook of How To Stop Time, I loved the story but found the narrator a bit depressing!

I’ve found audiobooks are just not for me. I tried listening to one of my books that I agreed to review. I found the narrator so annoying that I stopped after one chapter. I still haven’t read the book and I’ve had it from NetGalley for over two years. Gulp… “The Little Paris Bookshop”. Must get to it soon.

Narrators are so important to audiobook listening there are some that love and some that I definitely avoid. I’ve had a paperback copy of The Little Paris Bookshop sitting on my bookshelf for the same amount of time, I wonder if we’ll ever get to our copies? 😀

I haven’t read Thorne Moore’s book, but I have read another by this author and it was very good.

Thanks for letting me know. The reason I added “A time for silence” to my TBR was this review by Cleo: https://cleopatralovesbooks.wordpress.com/2017/04/13/a-time-for-silence-thorne-moore/

‘The time traveler’s wife’ was great. Didn’t particularly like the film, though.
