Fictionophile’s April 2019 #Bookhaul

I had a fruitful month in April when it comes to new books. Not many were review commitments, but I went a bit wild on Amazon buying up some inexpensive and interesting sounding Kindle books.

If you want to learn more about any of these titles – just click on the cover graphic.

I got TWO titles from NetGalley:

I had made a ‘wish’ for this book which is the latest in a great series I’m following. I was overjoyed to learn that Canelo granted my wish!

Bold Lies” by Rachel Lynch

I was very happy to be accepted into the Killer Reads” Facebook Group in April.

My first read as a member of this group is Noelle Holten’s thriller “Dead Inside“.

From Edelweiss I received another TWO titles:

I requested this quite a while back and was surprised that I finally was approved by William Morrow.

Careful what you wish for” by Hallie Ephron

I was pre-approved for this title from SoHo Crime.

Sarah Jane” by James Sallis

So just FOUR review commitments added to my list in April.

I went a tad wild with my Amazon buying this month.  I purchased TEN Kindle books!  It didn’t set me back much financially though. Total cost for all TEN books was $15.58

I paid $4.49

I paid $1.99

I paid .99¢

FREE !

I paid $1.32

Fourteen titles added to my TBR in April.  How was your month?

  6. Not one was even on my radar. LOL. My TBR needs it’s own darn bookcase right now. Things have gotten so out of control I’m carrying multiple books in my bag at any given time. LOL
