Most readers will acknowledge that some words reappear time and time again in titles. Often these words are associated with a particular genre. Case in point: “The girl on the train” and “Gone girl” spawned countless thriller titles with the word ‘girl’ in the title.
My pick for Wednesday’s Word this week is ‘ANGEL‘. In this post I’ve selected 30 novels with the word ‘ANGEL’ or ANGELS in the title as a way of sharing my book love. It seemed fitting as many of us have angels atop our Christmas trees.

Wow, thirty titles, amazing!! I think I’ve only read Angels and Demons, possibly the Marian Keyes too.

30 was just the tip of the iceberg Joanne. There are tons of fantasy, horror, and romance novels that fit the criteria but I didn’t include many of those. 😊❤

I’ve read two before–Angels and Demons and Rage of Angels. One I’m tempted to try may be The Dark Angel since I’ve heard a lot about Griffiths’ books but not read one yet

“The Dark Angel” is #10 in Griffith’s Ruth Galloway crime series. I urge you to read this series in order as it is excellent. 👍📚😘 (the first one is called “The Crossing Places”)
