I am cutting down on the number of Reading Challenges I’m participating in 2022. However, I did create another Bookbloggers Fiction Reading Challenge which I am going to attempt along with my Goodreads Challenges. Only those…
Here is this year’s challenge with the titles I’ve chosen to fulfill the criteria:
And… just in case you want to participate, here is the empty graphic which you can download:
Send me the link of your post when you’ve completed the challenge and I will post a ‘wrap-up’ post with everyone’s links.
Good luck everyone, and happy reading in 2022!

I haven’t heard of the challenge until today. Sounds too good to pass up. Will there be a link for reviews?

Hi Laura. Thanks for your comment. I looked into a ‘Linky’ type plan, but they are all too costly. I’m in this to share book love, but I’m retired and on a fixed income. If you want to participate in the challenge, send me the link of your post when you’ve completed the challenge and I will post a ‘wrap-up’ post with everyones links.

I’m in. I think the only one I might struggle with is the short stories prompt. I’m not sure I have any short stories. I will have to look into that.

Thanks Misty. Good luck with finding a short story collection. I just bought another short story collection as a Kindle deal $1.99

I’m in Lynne, but these are a bit more difficult than last year’s. I will have to see what I can find on my backlist as that is one of the challenges I am doing this year.

My backlist is something I’m going to really concentrate on this year as well Carla.

I am hearing that from so many people. 😁

I’m in but you’ve chosen a few tough ones there! I may have to buy books specifically to meet some of the categories but at least I will have a legitimate excuse when my husband says, ‘What MORE books?’

🤣 Oh Cathy.. I was not expecting you to buy books. I stupidly thought everyone’s TBR was as big as mine. 😆 I could find 2 or sometimes 3 books from my TBR for every category.

You’re allowed to make it easier for yourself 😁It wouldn’t be a good challenge if it wasn’t a teeny bit difficult. I’m sure I’ll get some books to fit as the year progresses. It’s the temperature one I’m struggling with at the moment which on first sight should be easy…

Cathy I was spoiled for choice for the temperature one. I’ve been wanting to start Sarah Ward’s series for ages, so this gives me an excellent excuse. LOL. Also, there are at least four titles on my TBR which contain the word ‘cold’ and at least two of them I have review commitments for… “Cold As Hell” by Lilja Sigurðardóttir, and “In Cold Blood” by Jane Bettany.

Haha, I read Cold As Hell last year. If I’d had the benefit of foresight I could have saved it for this year although it was for a blog tour so that would have got me into trouble!

Thanks Jonetta. You were right! I checked my spam folder and there were two comments from you in it. How weird. I never think to look there, but from now on I’ll be more vigilant.
