Um… just so you know… I just saw a review of it and the author starts with a completely false premise. Women have been matchmakers since… well… since The Book of Ruth was written (Naomi made the match between Boaz and Ruth)!

I enjoyed The Marsh House although as is often the case with novels that have a dual timeline I preferred the earlier one.

She is a ‘new to me’ author Cathy, so I will have nothing to compare it too. I’m reading it now and liking it.
