My armchair travels took me to the Northamptonshire, Midlands, England (The Locked-Away Life); suburban estate in Northern England (A Tidy Ending); London, Chicago, Antibes, etc. (The Family Remains) ; Anglesey, Wales (The Last House On The Cliff) ; New York City, U.S.A. (Stay Awake) ; West Cork, Ireland (Run Time) ; Isle of Barra, Hebrides, Scotland (The Barra Boy) ; Cornwall, England (Daisy Darker); Gulf Coast, Florida, USA (An Unfinished Story); and finally The Isle of Mull, Scotland (The Last Girl To Die)

In this past month I’ve read TEN titles.

I enjoyed every one of them, some more than others of course.

My review of “The Last Girl To Die” (review to be posted Sept. 1st)
AND WORTHY RUNNER(s)-UP:

My review of “A Tidy Ending” by Joanna Cannonand  “The Locked-Away Life” by Drew Davies

I feel very lucky to have access to so many wonderful books and hope that you had a great reading month. I hope 2022 is being kind to all of you. ♥
