Throwback Thursday – revisiting my 3rd #CoverLove post from 2016 #ThrowbackThursday #BookCovers #Fictionophile

Hard for me to acknowledge that I’ve been doing these Cover Love posts for seven years now! Today I’m featuring my third ever Cover Love which displayed cover that had GATES on them. SIXTY fiction titles are featured here.

I find myself attracted to certain kinds of covers. Gates on covers always attract my attention. Having a gate on the cover is a great ‘hook’ for any fiction book. What is fiction but a gateway to other lives, experiences, worlds…?

Are you tempted by book covers that feature gates?

Just click on the cover to read the book’s info from Goodreads.burningout of boundsbradstreet gatemurder in retributionsolitary housethat darknessthe-house-at-rivertonthe cuckoos callingthornsome old lovers ghostrebeccaa place of secretsbedlamsleep no moreno mans nightingaleanatomists apprenticecold blue bloodcopycatletting in lightwhite devilwildflower hillkane and abelthe-listenerfranticexclusivesWhich of the 60 gates above would you most like to walk through?

Have you been following my Cover Love blog series from the beginning, or are you a new visitor? Have you ever found a book on Cover Love that you’ve added to your TBR list? Thanks SO much for visiting Fictionophile today!

What a great post, Lynne and what a great idea to highlight these earlier Cover Love posts for those of us that never saw them. I have read a handful of these books, but so many of them look inviting.
